We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and enjoyed the neat and clean rooms. the breakfast spread was delightful, with a reasonable variety. the polite and competent staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We appreciated the excellent customizations provided by the skillful chefs.
The hotel lacked enough transportation options, which made it difficult for us to travel, especially as a family.

Spent my Christmas in a cozy hotel and I loved it! the breakfast spread was the best and so delicious! the hotel's prime location was also a plus, making it easy to explore the city.
The bathroom design, with no separation between the toilet and shower area, causing water to spill all over the floor. it would have been helpful if the hotel had a taxi service to assist families in exploring the city with ease.

The hotel was located in a great spot, close to lots of useful amenities and sites to see. The breakfast was good, with lots of options to choose from. It was really nice to have a clean and comfortable room to return to at the end of a long day of exploring.
Our stay was not without issues. The room we were given had a broken window lock which raised some safety concerns for us. Furthermore, the staff didn't seem very helpful in resolving the issue and we had to push to get it fixed. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, the negative experiences left us feeling less than impressed.
